Ingredients: 1 teaspoon clear vegetable soup (dry), 1 glass red pepper broth, 100ml soy milk, 1 tablespoon dry yeast flakes, 2 tablespoons garlic oil, 0.5 teaspoon guar gum, 2 tablespoons food starch.
Directions: Dissolve a vegetable soup in the red pepper broth and heat it in a microwave oven (for 1 minute at 250 W). Add a soy milk. Add by turns the rest of ingredients, stirring, and pour them into a food container (suitable for microwave ovens) with a capacity of 200ml. Firstly, hot it up at 250 W during 3 minutes and then cook for 3 minutes more at 720 W. Then cook for 1 minute more at 850 W. Finally, let cheese to cool down.
