1/2 cup chia seeds, 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (or sesame seeds), 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. thyme, 1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1 cup of water.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Pave the paper on the baking sheet. Combine all the dry ingredients, then add water and mix for 2 minutes or until the dough begins to thicken. Pour the dough into a mold and smooth the surface with a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool.
