Delicious hemp truffles

Ingredients:

190 ml of cream (35%), 60 g of butter, 220 g of bitter chocolate, 2 tbsp. of powder (from hemp fiber), 2 tbsp. of protein powder, 4 tbsp. of peeled hemp seeds.

For glaze: about 1 tbsp of hemp oil, peeled hemp seeds and about 70 g of bitter chocolate, as much milk chocolate (at your discretion).

Cooking method.

Bring 190 ml of cream with 60 g of butter almost to a boil, remove from heat, add 220 g of bitter chocolate. Stir until the chocolate dissolves, then add 2 tablespoons of hemp fiber, 2 tablespoons of protein powder, 4 tablespoons of hemp seeds and leave the resulting mixture to cool. Form balls or a long “sausage” (in this case wrap the “sausage” in a food oilcloth) and remove it for a while into the refrigerator (if in a hurry, you can put it for 10 minutes in the freezer). From the “sausage” cut off about 1 centimeter pieces, make them balls and again put in the refrigerator.

For the glaze: melt the dark and milk chocolate on the water bath, remove from the stove add 1 tbsp. of cannabis oil.

We dip our balls in the glaze, pour the peeled hemp seeds onto the top, put the balls for 10 minutes in the freezer. The truffles are ready!
