Ingredients:
8 sliced apples (without peel), 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 cup amaranth flour, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup tapioca.
Cooking method.
Cooking apples in water. When the water evaporates, add honey, cinnamon, flour and tapioca. Put in a greased dish for baking. Sprinkle slightly on top with amaranth flour. The oven is 20 minutes at 220°C.
