Ingredients: 1 large cauliflower head, 2 red pepper rods, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 6 tablespoons sesame oil, salt, cracked pepper, sugar.
Directions: Peel the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces. Fry in a heated mixture of olive and sesame oils over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Finely chop red pepper, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Add pepper and onion to the cabbage and fry for about 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Serve a dish hot.
