Ingredients: 3 kohlrabi heads, 1 medium-sized onion, 120g ham, 1 tablespoon milk thistle oil, 2 pinches nutmeg, 2 eggs, salt, and pepper.
Directions: Peel kohlrabi until it has got a bright green color, cut in small cubes and fry in the pan with milk thistle oil. Peel the onion too and cut it into small cubes. Add it together with ham (shortly after 10 minutes of kohlrabi frying) into the pan and fry more over low heat, stirring from time to time. Cook 2 fried eggs in another pan. Season kohlrabi with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Put kohlrabi over the top of the fried eggs. It is perfectly tastes with potato.
