Ingredients: 250g rice, 3 eggs, 3 teaspoons sesame oil, spring onion, oil for frying, salt, and pepper.
Directions: Cook rice according to pack instructions. Let it cool down within 2–3 hours (it is better to leave it for the whole night to cool down). Then fry the rice in heated oil until golden brown. Whisk the eggs with sesame oil, stir with the rice and fry until the eggs are ready. Shortly before the rice and eggs are ready, add chopped onion, season with salt and pepper and cook the dish until it is ready.
