Fruity smoothies with chia seeds and goji berries

Ingredients: 1 large banana, 2 tangerines (can be replaced with pears or mangoes), 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon goji berries (pre-soak), 100 ml of boiled or filtered water.

Energy cocktail with dried fruits and chia seeds

Ingredients: 2 tbsp. chia seeds, 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lime juice, 4 tbsp. of honey, 2 glasses of water, dried apricots and prunes to taste.
