Chia seeds with yoghurt, oatmeal and fruit

Ingredients: 1/2 cup ordinary oat flakes, 1/2 cup ordinary yogurt, 2/3 cup milk, 1 tbsp. of chia seeds, 2-2.5 tbsp. of strawberry jam or fresh berries, puree of one small banana.

The drink “Chia – Water”

Ingredients: 1 cup of chia seeds, washed and strained, 100 ml lemon juice, 1 cup of dark brown sugar (taste can be replaced with a portion of sugar from stevia, saccharin or other sweeteners), 2.5 liters of water, mint or melissa – if desired.

Energy cocktail

Ingredients (2 servings): Seeds of chia – 2 tablespoons, lime juice – 2 tablespoons, honey – 4 tablespoons, water – 2 cups.

Vitamin cocktail

Ingredients: 1 orange, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 kiwi, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tbsp. of orange juice.
