Ingredients: pancakes: 1 kg of potatoes, 150 g of any bran (plant fiber), 2 onions, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of black pepper, 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 4 eggs, vegetable oil for frying; Additional: 1 onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 700-800 g of frozen spinach leaves (defrost), 100 ml cream (18%), 150 g of goat blue cheese, salt and pepper.
