Pizza with Champignons, Paprika and Garlic

Ingredients: To prepare dough: 300g wheat flour, 1 pack dried yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 170ml warm water. To prepare pizza topping: 6 tablespoons garlic oil, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 2–6 garlic cloves (to taste), 2 pieces red paprika, 250g champignons, 1 onion, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.

Directions: Stir all the dough ingredients step by step and leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise. Meanwhile chop the garlic finely, dice onion, paprika, and champignons. Stir the garlic oil with tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough and put it on the baking tray or roasting tin. Cover the dough with the mixture of butter and tomato paste, sprinkle with garlic, champignons, paprika, and onion. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake for about 10–15 minutes at 250 degrees.
