Ingredients: 6 tomatoes, 1 spring onion bunch, 1 parsley bunch, 1 feta pack, salt, pepper, garlic oil.
Directions: Wash the tomatoes and dice them. Wash the spring onion and parsley, finely chop them and add to tomatoes. Dice the feta, add it to tomatoes. Then add the garlic oil to taste, season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh-baked bread.
