Ingredients: 500g linguine, 2 glasses crabs, 1 tablespoon garlic oil, 1 onion, 1 lemon juice and zest, 200ml fish broth, 250g cream, half a bunch of parsley, shredded, vegetable soup.
Directions: Cook linguine according to pack instructions. Heat the garlic oil in the frying pan, fry onion until it is translucent. Add the lemon juice, a bit of lemon zest; and a half of fish broth. Bring it to the boil over a strong heat, gradually pour the rest of fish broth, stirring frequently. Add cream, parsley and crabs, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes more.
