Ingredients: 150g non-greasy yoghurt, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon garlic oil, 1 bunch of spring onion, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Directions: Mix yoghurt with honey, garlic oil and spring onion, finely chopped. Add lemon juice and stir all ingredients carefully. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cool down for some hours.
