Pie with Pumpkin Seed Oil

Ingredients: pumpkin seed kernels, 100ml pumpkin seed oil, 250g flour, 100ml water, 4 eggs, vanilla sugar, 150g sugar powder, 100g sugar sand, half of baking powder, and semolina.

Directions: Grease a split form (22cm diameter), sprinkle with flour or semolina, and put pumpkin seeds on the bottom. Whisk 4 egg yolks, water, sugar powder, vanilla sugar, and pumpkin seed oil until foam. Whisk the whites and sugar sand until light foam. Add about 1/3 of whisked whites, flour, and baking powder to yolk mixture, and stir thoroughly to get rid of balls. Then add the rest of whisked whites. Bake for about 1 hour at medium temperature.
