Ingredients: 4 pieces meat jelly, 100g pumpkin seed oil, apple vinegar or balsam, a bunch of fresh parsley, lettuce leaves, 8 cocktail tomatoes.
Directions: Put meat jelly on the cooled plate, pour it with pumpkin seed oil with the help of a teaspoon; garnish with lettuce leaves and cocktail tomatoes. Sprinkle with finely grated pumpkin seeds.
