Kidneys Salad

Ingredients: 250g pork kidneys, 35g leaf lettuce, 5g soy sauce, 5g sesame oil, 2g monosodium glutamate, 5g table vinegar

Directions: Peel fresh pork kidneys from membranes and fat, wash them and cut into strips. Then scald the kidneys with boiling water and let water drain off. Cool the kidneys. Cut leaf lettuce into 2–3 parts. Put it in the center of the plate and put the kidneys over it. Pour everything with soy sauce mixed with sesame oil, monosodium glutamate and vinegar.
