Ingredients:
5 servings – 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 100 grams of flax flour, 50 grams of sesame flour, 70 g of rye flour, salt to taste, 1 chicken egg, 3 tbsp. of flax seeds fiber.
Directions.
Mix yogurt, milk, egg and salt. Add all kinds of flour and fat, pepper and knead the dough (it will not be very dense in consistency). Grease hands with vegetable oil and put small balls out on the silicone mat. Flatten and sprinkle buns with spices. As a spice, you can use cumin, chili flakes and dried basil and sea salt. Bake at 180-190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
