Beads from seeds of amaranth

Ingredients:

Minced meat from 200 g of fried seeds or amaranth flour and 150 g of minced meat (beef, poultry), 2 eggs, salt to taste.

Cooking method.

Roll the formed bits in wheat flour, lightly fry over high heat. Stew in tomato sauce with fried onions and carrots. Serve hot.
