Sweet and Sour Onion Sauce

Ingredients: 100g onion, 20g milk thistle oil, 10g wheat flour, 5g brown sugar, 5g lemon juice, 300g water.

Directions: Grind the brown sugar, fry it in the pan until black color, pour one spoon of water, stir, bring to the boil, and pour into the saucepan. Add also fried coarse flour, milk thistle oil and bring to the boil. Dilute with a vegetable broth where the finely chopped onions have been boiled together with a lemon juice. Rub the onion through a sieve, add it as well.
