Ingredients: 400g chicken fillet, 50g soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 200ml sesame oil, pepper.
Directions: Rinse thoroughly a chicken fillet, remove tendons and cut it into 5 cm length narrow stripes. Mix thoroughly honey, soy sauce and pepper in a cooking bowl. Prepare 2 cooking sheets. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and put there pieces of the chicken fillet. When they fry until golden brown, put them out on the cooking sheet and let them dry; then put them into soy and honey sauce. When the fillet pieces are marinated, you can add them to the salad, sandwich or just put on the lettuce leaves laying on the dish and serve.
