Ingredients (4 portions): 400ml carrot juice, 400ml natural yoghurt, 4 tablespoons wheat germs, 2–3 teaspoons wheat germ oil, sea salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon spring onion, shredded.
Directions: You can make a beverage either with the help of blender or manually. Stir all ingredients thoroughly, add sea salt and pepper to taste, pour into glasses and sprinkle over with spring onion.
