Pasta with Broccoli and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: 500g spaghetti or linguine, 500g broccoli, 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon garlic oil, 1 marrow, 1 can champignons, 1 can tomatoes, 2 glasses cream, 200ml vegetable broth, salt, pepper, oregano, parmesan.

Directions: Dice the onion, chop the garlic finely and fry in the heated garlic oil. Cut the marrows and champignons and fry them for some minutes with onion and garlic. Add broccoli and broth, cover with a lid and stew. Add fresh tomatoes, cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir carefully. Finally, drain pasta, stir it with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan grated.
