Ingredients: 500g pasta, 10ml garlic oil, 1 can mushrooms, 80g cream, 100g curd cheese, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon paprika cracked, salt, pepper.
Directions: Cook pasta in salted water according to pack instructions. Meanwhile chop the garlic and onion finely. Drain the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces. Heat the garlic oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion; then add mushrooms and fry them a little bit. Then add garlic and fry it a bit. Turn off the heat, add cream and curd cheese and stir everything carefully. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add pasta to the frying pan with sauce, stir carefully and serve immediately.
