Salad with kinoa seeds and avocado

Ingredients:

1/4 cup kinoa seeds, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 cup of corn, chives, 2 sprigs of parsley, 2 mint leaves, 1 avocado.

Cooking method.

Rinse the groats and boil in salted water with garlic for 15 minutes. While the groats cools, clean and cut the vegetables, add canned corn, greens. Salt and pepper, then add the cooled kinoa, pour lemon juice and olive oil
