Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 500g linguine, 250g spinach, 0.5 glass of sun-dried tomatoes, 6 fresh tomatoes, 1 marrow, 250g champignons, 75g stone pine seeds, 1 garlic clove, garlic oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.

Directions: Cook pasta, drain it and put into the salad bowl. Wash spinach, dry it and cut. Add it to pasta. Cut the tomatoes, fresh and sun-dried. Wash a marrow, trim the edges and cut it into semirings. Cut the champignons too. Heat the garlic oil in the frying pan, fry marrows and mushrooms over strong heat. Add the garlic shredded, fry it a bit, and then take the frying pan from the oven. Fry stone pine seeds on the frying pan without oil until they are brown. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, marrows, garlic and stone pine seeds into the salad bowl. Then add 3 tablespoons of oil left after sun-dried tomatoes and garlic oil. Finally, season with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
