Fried Beetroot

Ingredients: 3 beetroots small, 1 tablespoon milk thistle oil, 1 small onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon parmesan grated, salt, and pepper.

Directions: Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them. Boil the beetroot, cool it down and cut into rings. Heat the milk thistle oil in the pan, fry the garlic and onion until they are translucent. Put the beetroot into the pan and fry for 10 minutes more. Finally, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
