Ingredients:
300 g of amaranth seeds, 200 g of brynza, cottage cheese and suluguni cheese, 0.5 tsp. of dry herbs (mint, thyme, basil), 3 tbsp. l.oil.
Cooking method.
Brynza or suluguni pour boiling water for 10 minutes, mash. Amaranth seeds boil for 2-3 minutes, drain water, cut and put out in butter for 5 minutes, mix with cheese or cottage cheese, add dry herbs. With the same stuffing you can cook also vareniki.
