Summer Pudding

Ingredients: 750g turkey fillet, 700g peaches canned, 4 tablespoons peach juice, 3 onions, 300ml cream, 1 tablespoon curry, 4 tablespoons tomato paste, 250g Gouda cheese grated, milk thistle oil, salt, and pepper.

Directions: Slice a fillet and fry it for some minutes in the milk thistle oil, then take it out. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and dice the onion, fry it in the pan. Take the onion out of the pan, mix the grease remained after frying with cream. Take the peaches out of the can and let the juice drain off. Mix the curry, tomato paste and peaches juice with cream mixture. Cut the peaches into quarters. Put the meat, onion and peaches into a greased roasting tin. Pour over with a cream sauce and sprinkle with a grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20–30 minutes at 180–200 degrees. The dish tastes good with fresh-baked long loaf or rice.
