Bright Cabbage Salad

Ingredients: 1kg white cabbage, 4 carrots, 2 onions, 3 sweet peppers (red and yellow), 200ml vinegar, 200g sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 100ml milk thistle oil, and pepper.

Directions: Finely chop the first four ingredients and chip them. Then put them into a ceramic pot — it is better to lay out a cabbage at the bottom. Add a vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper into the pot and heat a little bit but do not boil. Pour the marinade being warmed over the vegetables. Use a plate and a heavy thing as a press and weight down the cabbage. Leave in a cool place for 12 hours. Store in the fridge for 4 weeks.
