Ginger Vinegar

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons ginger (powder), 2 tablespoons table vinegar (rice vinegar will be better), 2 tablespoons water, a pinch of sugar and salt, 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.

Directions: Mix ginger powder with vinegar, add water. Mix thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar into the mixture, and 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce. Then add sesame oil. In case you don’t have it, then add vegetable one where the bulb onion have been fried. Instead of sesame oil you can use vegetable one where sesame seeds have been fried.
