Ingredients (40 portions): 500g flour, 150g oat flakes, 2 teaspoons cooking soda, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, 200ml wheat germ oil, 100g white sugar, 250g brown sugar, 1 egg, 350g pumpkin (boiled and mashed), 1 pack vanilla sugar, 100g nuts, crushed, 100g raisin.
Directions: Mix all dry ingredients except sugar and put aside. Mix eggs, wheat germ oil and sugar and stir everything until cream paste; then add about 100g of pumpkin pulp and stir everything thoroughly again. Mix the rest of pumpkin pulp with dry flour mixture and stir. Finally, add nuts and raisin. Preheat oven up to 175 degrees. Cover a baking tray with a cooking sheet; put dough cakes with a tablespoon. Watch the dough to prevent it from sticking. Bake for about 15–20 minutes until the cookie gets light brown.
