Israeli Couscous – petite with dried pumpkin and dried cherries

Ingredients: dried pumpkin – 200 g, Israeli couscous petite – 100 g, dried cherries or cranberries – a handful, olive oil – 1-2 tablespoons black sesame – 1 teaspoon, fresh mint – 3-6 leaves.

Recipe. Bowl of Multicooker (bottom and sides) to grease with olive oil using a hand or cooking brush. If cooking is not dietary meal, for greasing the bowl can be used aromatic butter. Bowl set into Multicooker, put the dried pumpkin and berries like cherries or cranberries. Dried pumpkin and dried fruits contain enough sugar, so adding sugar to the dish is not necessary. Then, add dry cereal couscous Israeli petite. Note that during cooking couscous grows in size by two to three times. Pre-washing is not necessary. Add into the bowl two glasses of clean and cold water. Standard glass for Multicooker is 150-160 ml. Close the lid. Select / program “Milk porridge” – 30 minutes. Open the lid and mix all carefully. Pour in a deep portioned plates / bowls, sprinkle to taste with beautiful black sesame seeds and garnish with fragrant mint leaves.
