Pancakes with blueberries and bran

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of any of bran (plant fiber), 200 ml of milk, 200 grams of wheat flour, vegetable oil, 10 g of yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs, blueberries (and other berries).

Directions.

Heat the milk to about 40 ° C. Add yeast and sugar to it, mix well. Add bran, eggs, flour to this mixture. Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise for about 40 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Form pancakes, sprinkle them with the blueberries. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve the pancakes hot. You can sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar or put the sour cream or cream on them.
