Ingredients:
1 cup of kinoa groats, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 200 g champignons, 5-6 large red peppers with thick walls, sour cream or yogurt for sauce, greens.
Cooking method.
Boil the kinoa groats in 2 glasses of water. Shred the vegetables, pour a small amount of water into a medium-sized frying pan and put out all the vegetables and mushrooms in it (do not add pepper). Let the mass cool down, mix the groats with the vegetable dressing and stuff the pre-peeled peppers. Put them in a frying pan, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, remembering to turn over.
