Ingredients:
Sauce: 2 tablespoons of rye bran, 200 ml of rum, 200 ml of yogurt, powdered sugar; kebab: 2 apples, 2 pears, 1 pineapple.
Directions.
Mix sauce components, add sugar to taste. Cut fruits into cubes, prick onto the skewers. Fry on the grill for about 15 minutes. Before serving, pour the fruit sauce.
