Ingredients: 150g crabs, canned, 30g leaf lettuce, 5g sesame oil, 30g soy sauce, 5g monosodium glutamate, 6g table vinegar
Directions: Wash a leaf lettuce. When water drains off cut it into some pieces. Remove crab bone plates and take out meat. Finally, put leaf lettuce into the salad bowl, then put crab meat over the top of it and pour everything with soy sauce mixed with sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, and vinegar.
