Ingredients: 600g wheat flour, 1 pack dried yeast (or a half of fresh yeast pack), 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons coriander, 0.38 l warm water, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 6 tablespoons sesame seeds, a pinch of sesame seeds (to sprinkle with).
Directions: Mix the flour with dry yeast, salt, sugar, and coriander. Add warm water, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the flour, and knead to form soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 20 minutes. Preheat oven up to 200 degrees. When the oven is heated, make the loaf from the dough, and make a light lengthwise cut with a knife. Spread the loaf with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake over medium heat for about 40 minutes. To make dough, use a dark sesame oil made of roasted sesame as only this oil has a distinct sesame taste.
