Kvas “Vitamin” made of wheat bran

Ingredients:

1.6 kg of wheat bran, 50 g yeast, 3 lemons, 150 g of sugar.

Directions.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons, chop the remaining zest. Wheat bran and peel pour with hot water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 1 hour. Then filter through cheesecloth, cool till 22-24 degrees, add yeast, mashed with sugar, mix well and put in a warm place to ferment for 11-12 hours. Before serving, cool down and add the lemon juice.
