Ingredients: 2 large-sized onions, 2 garlic cloves, milk thistle oil, 1kg forcemeat, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 kg sauerkraut, 150ml vegetable broth, 1 glass cream, and salt.
Directions: Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the garlic and onion slightly until golden brown. Add forcemeat and continue frying, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Squeeze a cabbage a little bit and mix with other ingredients in the pan. Pour a broth into the pan and boil for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a cayenne pepper cautiously, by small portions, and check if the broth is hot enough. Finally, add cream and stir thoroughly. It tastes good with salted potato and black bread.
