Ingredients: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 pieces of salmon fillet 100g each one, 8 shallot onions, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, one lemon juice and lemon zest finely grated, 2 tablespoons honey, a piece (2.5 cm) of grated fresh ginger. To prepare side dish: 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 zucchini, cut into strips, 100g pea pods, 100g small halved corncobs.
Directions: Put salmon into the dinner plate. Mix soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water, honey, lemon juice and zest, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan and heat carefully for 4 minutes.
Pour the fish with this mixture and sprinkle with a great part of onion. Leave to marinate for not less than 2 hours.
Preheat the grill or the frying pan. Take the salmon out of marinade and fry. Turn it once and fry 8 minutes till golden brown. At the same time, preheat a large frying pan and pour oil into it. Put the vegetables into it and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring carefully. Serve with salmon and sprinkle with the remaining part of onion.
