Spicy burgers of kinoa seeds

Ingredients for 12 servings:

250 grams of seeds kinoa, 1 chicken egg, 120 grams of cottage cheese, 1 head of red onion, 40 g of garlic, 1 chili, 2.5 tbsp. of rice flour, 2 tsp. ziri, 30 grams of grated parmesan, olive oil and salt – to taste.

Cooking method.

Wash the seeds of the kinoa, pour water in a ratio of 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook for eleven minutes. Cool down. Into the cooled kinoa porridge add a lightly beaten egg, finely chopped green shoots of garlic, chili and medium red onion, low-fat dry cottage cheese, grated Parmesan. Mix all well. Season with salt and add one tablespoon of rice flour. The mixture should be thick and sticky. Form small burgers, lightly sprinkle them with rice flour and fry in olive oil. Serve with a spicy tomato or pepper sauce.
