Lentil Salad

Ingredients: 350g lentil, 1 apple, 1 bell pepper, 3 tablespoons wine vinegar (red), 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, 3 teaspoons salt with seasonings, usual salt, 5 tablespoons wheat germ oil.

Directions: Wash lentil thoroughly and boil according to pack instructions. Then drain it and dry up. Finely dice apple and pepper (both ingredients should be of red color), and mix them with lentil. Make the salad dressing from the rest of ingredients, whisk it and pour over the top of lentil mixture. Let the salad stand for 20 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Tastes good as an appetizer with white bread or a side dish. Next day the taste of salad will be stronger.
