Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiled kinoa, 200 g of chinese cabbage, 1/2 small head of white onions, 1 tbsp. olive oil, cinnamon; sauce for salad: 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp. honey, nutmeg, salt – to taste.
Cooking method.
All ingredients for the sauce – whip. Chop the chinese cabbage, onion, add kinoa, olive oil and cinnamon. All fill with sauce.
