Ingredients: 2 white onions, 2 large-sized oranges, 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 350g red cabbage, 2 tablespoons nut oil, 2 tablespoons milk thistle oil, 25g nuts, salt, cayenne pepper.
Directions: Peel the onion and cut it into small thin rings. Peel the oranges and take off the inner fibrous peel. Take off a thin layer covering the fruit pulp with a help of a sharp knife. Squeeze the juice from the orange segments and mix it with a balsamic vinegar, salt, and cayenne pepper. Then add a nut oil and milk thistle oil. Finely chop the cabbage and mix it with the dressing and onion. Lay out the onion rings and orange pulp on the plates, put the salad and sprinkle with the shredded nuts. Serve with fresh-baked long loaf.
