Ingredients: 100g rice noodles, 200g prawns, peeled, 1/2 large-sized red bell pepper, 1 large-sized garlic clove, 1 small bunch of dill and 1 small bunch of spring onion, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon chili sauce, black pepper, cracked and salt to taste, 30g fried peanut.
Directions: Wash the greens. Wash the pepper too, deseed it and remove the stock. Prepare he garlic. Boil the prawns and cut them. To make dressing, do the following: finely chop the greens and garlic, and mix everything with sesame oil and vegetable oil, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if necessary. Cut the pepper into strips. Add precooked noodles to the dressing and mix. Add prawns, pepper and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over with peanut crumble. Let the salad stand for not less than 15 minutes.
