Green Beans with Sesame Dressing in Japanese Recipe

Ingredients: 100g green beans, salted water, 3 tablespoons sesame, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

Directions: Trim the edges of bean pods, boil the bean in salted water for some minutes until it gets soft enough. Then cool it down in cold water, dry thoroughly, and halve. Roast sesame in the frying pan without adding any oil until it gets its flavor. Shortly after that crush in a mortar. When it gets like pasta, add oil, soy sauce and sugar, and stir thoroughly. Season the beans with ready marinade. Tastes good with fish dishes.
