Crackers with chia seeds

Ingredients:

Seeds of chia – 1 glass, dried tomatoes – 1/2 cup (can be soaked for half an hour), basil green – 20 g, lemon juice – 2 tablespoons, honey – 1 tablespoon, sea salt – to taste.

Cooking method.

Soak chia for 8 hours in filtered water. During this time, the chia is swelling, so you need a lot of water. Further, all the ingredients are ground in a blender or food processor – with chia seeds nothing will happen in processor, they will remain whole grains, but the tomatoes and basil will change. Put the mixture with a spoon on the sheets of the dehydrator, spread a layer 5 mm thick and dry for 16 hours. A bit like rye bread, but with a bright taste of basil and tomatoes. You can add olive oil for the flexibility of crackers.
