Ingredients:
2 cups of rice, 3.5 cups of water, 1 red pepper, 1/2 green pepper, 150 g tofu, 4 cloves garlic (unclean), 8 teaspoons chia seeds, olive oil, parsley, salt.
Cooking method.
Rinse and soak in 3.5 glasses of water. Separately fry chia seeds. Cook rice with a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and leave for 5-10 minutes. Cut the pepper and tofu into cubes, then fry the pepper with a small amount of oil in a frying pan – until soft, add tofu and a few drops of soy sauce and at the end – chia seeds. Add all this to the rice with finely chopped parsley. Mix well.
