Salad with shrimps, beans and kinoa seeds

Ingredients:

0,5 glasses of kinoa seeds, 1.5 glasses of water, 1 tsp. of olive oil, 200 g of green beans, 2 small sweet peppers, 100 g of peeled shrimp, 1 bunch of chives or green onions; for refueling: 4 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and liquid honey, 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika, salt – to taste.

Cooking method.

Shrimp washed and boiled in salted water for 2 minutes, after rinsing with cold water and folded on a sieve. Peel the sweet pepper and cut into strips. Cut off the tips of the bean pods, cut them. Boil water and cook the beans for about 2 minutes, rinse with very cold water and flip off the sieve. Chop the onions. Prepare a dressing: for this mix all the ingredients and whip the whisk. Wash kinoa, recline on a sieve. Put in a saucepan, pour water, after boiling, add salt and olive oil, cook for 15 minutes over a small fire, stirring. Discard the sieve, rinse and cool. Mix the kinoa with vegetables, season with a dressing, stir.
